Ciaran FitzGerald – Managing Director
Ciaran is an experienced and recognised leader in both sporting and business life. He first rose to sporting prominence as Captain of the Irish rugby team, leading them through two Triple Crown wins and he also captained the British and Irish Lions.
Ciaran has held a number of senior management positions in James Crean plc, the industrial holding company. Ciaran gained valuable experience managing a number of companies within the group across the Irish and UK markets.
Ciaran then set out on an independent career establishing and managing a number of independent companies such as pioneering Irish vending company Fresh’N Up, in-store media specialist Visualise Advertising and online advertising companies eType Ireland, Flashpoint and Jemm Media Ireland Ltd. His core responsibilities in Flashpoint are to assist in directing the company strategically, legally and financially.
Keith O’Reilly – Commercial Director
Keith’s career began in online advertising at the foundation of IrishJobs.ie in 1997. Keith worked with a number of technology start-ups and in 2001 he joined Ericsson to help establish their international business consulting division which had it’s base in Dublin. Moving to Johannesburg Keith established their sub-Saharan consulting practice where we helped win and deliver consulting business across a territory of thirty six countries including Nigeria, South Africa and Mozambique.
Keith returned to Ireland in 2003 to co-found Visualise, one of Ireland’s most successful outdoor advertising contractor and in 2008 he began to develop the Visualise online advertising business which culminated in the creation of Flashpoint in 2011.
His core responsibilities in the company are to identify and manage trading/commercial relationships with technolgy and media suppliers. Keith also plays a key role in outlining and developing the company’s processes, systems and strategic direction.
Stephen Conlon – Sales Director
Steve Conlon has been working in the advertising business for the past 6 years. In this time he has worked predominantly in online media – successfully driving revenues, publisher ad sales, managing sales teams and developing, managing and introducing new innovative advertising opportunities to the market.
His core responsibilities in the company are to manage our client base, identifying and sourcing new clients and partners, managing the sales/account management team and our overall product/service offering.
Jason Waters – Key Account Manager
Jason graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with an Honours degree in BA Marketing. Before working in digital advertising, Jason worked in the recruitment and journalism sectors where he developed his skills in sales, client services, business development and creative writing.
Jason is now an integral part of the Flashpoint team and he manages several key agencies and client businesses. Jason is actively involved in driving new business development.
Natalie Buckley – Key Account Manager
Natalie is an honours graduate from CIT with a BSc in Business Studies, and a H.Dip in Marketing Practice from NUI Galway. In her career to date she has worked for some of Irelands leading brands, including Irish Pride where she played a key role in establishing the company’s highly successful Social Media strategy and presence management.
In Flashpoint, Natalie has full ownership and management responsibility for client services and account management of some of Flashpoint’s leading agencies and clients. Natalie is also heavily involved in company communications initiatives.
